We are offering a brand new way of approaching communication, life and learning and helping to bridge this gap between education and employment. We understand that more and more young people are falling between the gaps and need additional support to enable them into gainful employment and secure a sustainable future.

This program is based on self-leadership, in the knowledge that when a community is made up of individually empowered people with self-respect they work better together as a whole. It gives encouragement to each resident to take personal responsibility and to be accountable for what happens in their life and ecosystem. Through The Legacy Project Program, participants will create, contribute and deliver projects that raise awareness of local and global issues.

We will help them to look at their community through fresh eyes and empower them to create the changes they would like to see for a more harmonious ecosystem. We want communities to truly flourish. In order to ensure success regular coaching and mentoring is provided throughout the program to help project groups move forward and to identify opportunities to strengthen approach and expand on delivery.

After learning this new approach, each participant will not only experience a new sense of honest self-esteem, confidence and empathy but also learn key employability skills, project management and have an opportunity to connect with potential future employers.
